We are a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) and Section 3 security agency. On average 90% of our employees are residents of the District of Columbia. We provide an extensive training program, focused on teaching advance methods of communication, customer service and teaching new officers to attain voluntary compliance from customers without the use of force. Our officers are the face of our company, we only hire and train the best. Our officers are held to a higher standard and will provide LGC Security’s standard of services consistently. Quality Assurance Officers oversee daily operations on site, assuring supervisory officers and special police officers are performing contracted services and representing the LGC Security standard of service. QA Offices visits sites weekly to monitor and coach our team members. Our CEO also performs random site checks periodically and is available to communicate with clients to ensure services are performed to the client’s satisfaction.
